What will you be doing?:
  • Understand current design needs and propose solutions and improvements based on the Design System users feedback
  • Collaborate with the Design System team on long-term planning and improving team processes
  • Design and maintain patterns and components that fulfill the solution requirements
  • Write documentation and design system guidance for designers, engineers and other stakeholders
  • Help maintain visual and brand consistency between all design system libraries
  • Work with the team on prioritizing the design system task backlog
  • Use an iterative process, working closely with design and engineering
  • Evangelize about the value of the Design System to increase the adoption across the different products
  • Help define or improve the measurement plan
  • Mentor other Design System Champions
We want you to have:
  • 3-5 years experience building, and contributing to design systems at large-scale organizations.
  • Portfolio with case studies illustrating comparable work related to design systems at large-scale organizations.
  • Portfolio demonstrating an understanding of basic interaction and visual design principles.
  • Mastery of tools and best practices related to design systems such as Figma, Zero Height, Storybook, and design tokens.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and how UX integrates into the agile/scrum process.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Relentless curiosity about people, technology, design, and life.
