In order to fulfill our mission to design a more diverse, equitable and inclusive world, we also need to be transparent and real about the work we have yet to do from the inside out. The first step, like with any frog project, was to understand the problems and pain points in order to come up with solutions—not just empty statements. As a result, our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, made up of frogs from across our global studios, has identified the following commitments to help us achieve a more equitable company, community and world.
