Role Overview:

As an integral part of frog Customer First community within Capgemini Invent, you will help our clients towards transformations related to digital marketing, CRM and e-commerce strategy, as well as commercial and attention models, customer experience, brand and content. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Work closely with the client to define requirements with the client
  • Define the strategy to be followed in implementations
  • Define AS-IS, define requirements, manage expectations and needs
  • Defend and present the outlined solution to the clients.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar
  • Up to 2 years of experience in strategic consultancy
  • Knowledge of the development and implementation of CRM systems
  • Knowledge of commercial and/or attention models
  • Knowledge of strategy definition for digital channels, omnichannel and e-commerce
  • Knowledge of technologies around e-commerce platforms
  • High or native level of competence in Spanish and English (at least C1)
  • Willingness to travel
