What will you be doing?:

A Content Strategist is able to review how a company produces, manages, and disseminates content in order to ensure processes are being followed and that stakeholder needs are satisfied. In the absence of said processes, the strategist is able to collaborate with design, marketing, and production resources to identify best practices and define systems required for both external and internal communications through various media. This may include anything from creating a simple versioned document repository to the appropriation and use of content management tools to the clear definition of a corporate style guide. The Content Strategist can function as a writer and editor, but beyond that is capable of looking at an organization holistically, designing an elegant, unified narrative, then creating a system for teaching the entire organization to communicate using one voice.

  • Develop an overarching corporate content and editorial strategy
  • Develop content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice
  • Develop a system to ensure guidelines are followed
  • Manage resources to generate required content
  • Oversee writing style and tone for all content
  • Analyze existing corporate content management systems and processes
  • Analyze similar digital properties to define best practices
  • Collaborate with technical teams to generate clear documentation for users and administrators
  • Participate in research to gain in-depth knowledge of all user personas
  • Participate in research on user thoughts and trends
  • Help define content-related KPIs and ensure high ROI on all content initiatives
  • Help define and carry out SEM strategy and collaborate with technical resources to ensure SEO
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve content marketing strategy and ensure highest possible returns
  • Participate in social media tactic definition to ensure spend is low while still obtaining benefit
  • Define usability goals with project managers
  • Devise usability tests to gather information and generate reports


We want you to have:

  • Academic level of the target language (writer, linguist, philologist, communication expert, etc.)
  • Excellent creative/technical writing and editing skills
  • Experience defining target users and tailoring communications
  • Experience analyzing marketing campaigns for adherence to content guidelines
  • Experience running marketing campaigns and improving messaging based on findings
  • Experience defining content-related processes and/or adapting existing ones 
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-discipline design teams
  • Ability to gather and synthesize feedback
  • Ability to work in various text media a plus (Office, HTML, CMS)
  • Ability to work with design tools a plus (Adobe, Figma, Sketch)
  • Ability to work with online ad tools (Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Ability to direct audio/video content production teams and knowledge of relevant tools a plus


*The mode of work is hybrid. Certain days a week from home and certain days from the studio.
