What will you be doing?
frog clients come to us to help them envision and build new businesses, or to enhance their existing business with new products, services, and experiences. As an Associate Strategy Director in our Org Activation practice, you will guide teams of designers, technologists, program managers and strategists in frog engagements. You will take the lead in crafting a point of view and approach to the project, even when information is ambiguous, and the project is challenging. You are eager to involve clients in the design process, highly responsive to feedback, and excited to present your team’s ideas in front of executives.
As a member of the Org Activation practice, you will ensure that our clients’ organisations and teams are ready to launch, maintain, and evolve the experiences, products, services and businesses we design, or which they themselves create. You know how to help a large organisation align around a goal and bring a product or service to life and connect with customers with empathy. You are skilled at navigating ambiguity, sensitive to social dynamics, and highly persuasive. You enjoy building community around an area of practice and bringing people together to collaborate.
In addition to project work, you will manage and coach teammates. You should be a leader and a doer, who sees yourself as responsible for supporting, nurturing and developing your team. Along with client project work, you will work on business development efforts - crafting approaches, writing proposals, and presenting to prospective clients. You will also be responsible for growing the Org Activation practice at frog and with our clients.
You are empathetic, curious, humble, and creative. You should be skilled at reducing complexity to hone-in on the essence of a business or strategy challenge. You know how to take the next key project steps while simultaneously considering the broader context of the engagement, the client’s business, and the world. As a frog strategist, you can pursue your interests across functions, industries, and geographies. Your job title is not considered the final definition of who you are, but your starting point.
