In this evaluation, frog earned among the highest mark of 4.6 out of 5 for customer experience strategy, highlighting its roots in experience design and strategy. Additionally, frog garnered scores of 5 out of 5 in other categories, including: enabling marketer innovation, collaboration, client satisfaction, account management, cost and pricing structure, and technology investment.
