What’s the job?

Are you curious, rebellious, and passionate about making an impact? We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager located in our Stockholm studio.

In the frog Customer First team that sits within Capgemini Invent, your main task is to successfully drive and deliver our senior recruitment processes and assignments end to end. This means you will be in the driver’s seat and have a key position in the daily work to attract and meet the targets set to recruit our senior colleagues within our largest capability. This is a responsibility with a crucial impact in continuing securing our growth and position in the market. The role is strategic, visible, independent, hands-on and with a broad responsibility, you will partner and interact with passionate leaders and stakeholders across Sweden and Finland.

The position is reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, Capgemini Invent Sweden-Finland.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

• Take ownership of, drive end-to-end and successfully deliver all senior recruitments within capability unit frog Customer First in Sweden - Finland. However not limited to frog CF, also on a yearly basis drive and deliver other senior recruitments for other capability and/or sector teams at Capgemini Invent SweFi.
• Work closely with our researchers in project deliveries and act as the project lead.
• Be responsible for all stages of the recruitment process, from desk research/direct contacting/advertising to signed contracts.
• Define, develop, and implement TA processes and recruitment material/templates for frog CT with some support from TA Head and frog hiring team.
• Develop and continuously find new ways to improve further our talent acquisition processes and candidate experience. Continuously bring new innovative and strong ideas to the table.
• Work closely but independently with our Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers. You will be a trusted advisor and secure and deliver a professional and great experience to candidates and all internal stakeholders.
• Act as the TA SPOC for frog Sweden-Finland and collaborate with the global frog TA community.
• Some administrative tasks.

What we’re looking for:

The seniority of the role will be based on your profile, but you should have at least 6+ years of work experience including:

• Solid experience and a proven track record from an international company; a management consultancy/professional services organization working in a similar role, alternatively a background from a headhunting/executive search company or an innovative line organization.
• Experience from head hunting/desk research and a developed toolbox is a must have criteria.
• Passion for talent acquisition-and attraction, great service mentality, energy, drive, and being recognized as a trusted advisor.
• Analytical and structured, and having a data driven approach.
• You are self-propelled and switched on and an experienced project manager, adept at getting things done.
• An independent, structured way of working and attention to detail. The role is broad and versatile, so you must be great at juggling multiple activities, seeing and understanding the big picture while at the same time being on top of the small details.
• A flexible mindset and ability to handle rapidly changing prioritization.

Additionally, you need to have:

• A master’s or bachelor’s degree from a relevant field.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Finnish is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
