What is the Management Consulting Placement Programme?

Our 11 month programme running from Sept ’22 - Aug ’23, provides an insight into working at the cutting edge of Marketing, Business and Technology transformation. You will embark on a challenging and exciting journey to help our clients change the way they work, behave and achieve their goals. You’ll have the opportunity to work on live consulting projects, enabling you to develop core skills and gain hands-on experience from industry leaders.

The programme comes with exposure to a range of sectors and projects such as optimising marketing operations, developing engagement strategies and creating new digital workflows, all through the lens of enabling the right technology and business capabilities.

Eligibility

  • Open only to undergraduate students in a sandwich year course returning to study in Autumn 2023
  • Preferably studying for a degree relevant to the role (for example but not limited to Marketing, Business, Management, Business Management, Economics, Industrial Design, Design, Psychology, Behavioural Psychology, Behavioural Science)
  • At the time of starting employment, you must have permission to work in the UK

What you will need

You will have:

  • Desire to work with clients to transform their business, marketing and strategy
  • Curiosity in topics such as marketing, brand strategy, design and performance, content strategy, customer experience and loyalty, customer relationship management, customer/user research and insights
  • Work effectively with diverse teams to come up with the best solutions
  • Work well under pressure and have strong attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively with people at all levels in a professional manner
  • Prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and undertake various administrative duties
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Whilst the office base is London, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location as the role may involve periods of time away from home at short notice

Your Training & Development

Throughout your time on the Placement there is a robust support system in place, which is there to help and guide you through the process. An emphasis is placed on your development and ability to learn a variety of skills in different learning environments.

How to Apply

At frog, although academics form part of our overall hiring decision, we do not screen purely based on academic performance. We will assess your suitability for a role using several tools including strengths assessments and assessment centres (currently being held virtually).

Once your application has been submitted, you will be invited to an online strengths assessment test. On passing this, you will be invited to the final stage of the application process: the virtual assessment day. Once you’ve completed the assessment day, we’ll let you know when you can expect to hear back from us.
