What will you be doing?

As a Senior Design Technologist focusing on Full Stack Development, you’ll use the latest tools and techniques to take projects from idea to reality. You take a human-centered approach to development: finding relatable, new ways to use technology, helping others work within technical limits, and building user experiences that improve people’s lives.

We want you to have:

  • Openness to new ideas, an eye for detail, and a desire to work with designers
  • 4+ years of professional experience building responsive interfaces, working with different kinds of user events, manipulating UI elements, and applying animations/transitions
  • Expertise in developing modern object-oriented languages and frameworks on the Back End (e.g. C#, Java) as well as a full grasp of Front End technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Understanding of ANSI-SQL and writing multiple flavors of SQL (e.g. SQLite, Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL, and more).
  • Experience with software modeling techniques UML, BPMN, Data Flow, or Role activity/interaction diagrams.
  • Manage the end-to-end application life cycle from writing software requirements to production-level deployments.
  • Comfortability and understanding of DOM manipulations, interactive queries, and capabilities of HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, and similar (e.g. TypeScript).
  • Capability to utilize common architecture design patterns when developing solutions, understanding their trade-offs as they relate to user experience.
  • Ability to mentor junior Technologists and to work independently
  • A willingness to travel for key collaboration sessions

It would be a bonus if you had:

  • Experience with rapid prototyping and creating proof-of-concept demos
  • Helped designers or product managers work through technical feasibility of design-choices during pre-development stages.
  • Built multiple kinds of frontend applications (i.e., web and mobile)
  • Experience with multiple cloud providers such as Amazon’s AWS, Microsoft’s Auzre, or Google Cloud.
  • Explored different flavors of technology, like IoT, AR/VR, or Cyber Physical Systems (CPS).
  • Experience with complex scenarios, like e-commerce, internationalization, or content management
  • Led technology on a project team
