What’s the job?

We are establishing the CX tech and platforms team at frog, part of Capgemini invent where we focus on helping our clients from enabling ideas to empowering their execution and scaling sustainable human-centric transformation. We apply creativity, strategy, design, and data tech savviness to redefine experiences, re-invent businesses, drive growth, and orchestrate customer-centric transformation.

What we’re looking for

As we are in a significant growth phase, we are looking for new leaders that can help establish and drive the creation of our offering and capabilities as well as building the team.

We are primarily looking for people with:

  • Curious mindset with strong track record in biz-tech roles, experienced in driving business value though technology and understanding the opportunities of tech and platforms.
  • Experience in selling and/or driving customer-centric, technology based transformation.
  • Strong track record in people centric leadership with strong belief in trust, empathy and modesty.
  • Relevant experience from transformative programs & projects or technology delivery in fields such as consulting, consumer products, retail, automotive, manufacturing, telco, financial services and beyond.
  • Experience interacting with senior stakeholders, leading the dialogue, and delivering presentations with senior audiences
  • Experience in sales or delivery with customer focused technology and platforms, such as CRM systems etc.

Additionally, as a frog you need to have:

  • A curious, creative, and human-centric mindset, with an understanding all aspects of transforming the customer experience
  • Strong decision making and time management skills
  • Customer centric mindset and an obsession for customer experience and CX technology.
