The role

• You’ll help our clients meet the demands of the growing content explosion addressing the scale, velocity and complexity of content needed across the full funnel to drive relevancy, saliency and cut through
• You’ll define, design, and deliver channel, content and personalisation strategies providing industry leading customer experiences 
• You will inspire clients on how to optimise their engagement strategies with consumers across all touchpoints, owned, social and paid, along the path to purchase  
• You will demonstrate a vision for the future of consumer engagement and how to meet the needs of the digital, connected consumer, and help clients develop operational strategies, capabilities, and processes to meet their needs 
•You’ll advice clients on how data can be used to optimise all aspects of the funnel including advertising, marketing, and ecommerce as well as the operational processes which enable these. 
• You’ll define, design, and deliver marketing and commerce capabilities that deliver industry-leading customer engagement.
• You’ll help our clients innovate, tailor, and adapt their approach to content to the wants and needs of their customers through digital technology and land real transformation across sales, Marketing, and eCommerce.
• You’ll help organisations seize new opportunities and realise value quicker by trying new things, testing-and-learning, not being afraid to fail (quickly) and critically being able to rapidly scale and integrate successes for true competitive advantage.
• You’ll work at the leading edge of the industry acting as an advisor to tier one organisations, helping them to deliver and embed MarTech, digital capabilities, supporting processes, operating models, and governance to drive greater relevancy and engagement with their audiences
•You will be working closely with technology delivery partners on behalf of our clients, bridging the gap between business and technology to delivery great, digitally enabled consumer experiences.

You may be working with clients from any industry (Consumer Products, Retail, Technology, Media, Utilities, Public Sector, Financial Services, Automotive, etc.)

Already a leader in your field, you’ll bring a passion for developing strategies and operations across the funnel to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. You can articulate how brands should navigate the blurring of the lines between brand, promotion, and commerce. You will have a good understanding of the important role MarTech plays in this space.

You’ll bring an understanding of operations across marketing, sales, ecommerce departments with experience of defining digital strategies, consumer business models and consumer segmentation and research.

Whilst you will have London as an office base location, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles may involve periods of time away from home at short notice, often spending time with our global clients outside the UK.


We seek individuals who can demonstrate experience in many of the following areas:

  • Degree educated or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an agency or consultancy environment – previous experience in industry also desirable
  • Experience in one or more of the following:Experience designing content strategy and/or multichannel marketing programs in a complex multi-agency stakeholder environment
    Digital  Strategy or Communication Strategy
    Leveraging audience insight, analytics, and measurement frameworks to inform and evolve a data driven content strategy
    Insight and experience in engaging and converting consumer across the path to purchase
    Experience with developing Direct to Consumer content and channel strategies
    Experience with content management, publishing workflows, content lifecycle policies and governance models
    Strong story-telling capabilities
    Strong presentation skills; both development and delivery to senior level stakeholders
    Core understanding of the marketing technology ecosystem (e.g., CRM, Campaign Management, DMPs, DAMs, Work Management, etc.)
    Worked with leading technology providers such as Google, Facebook, Adobe, Salesforce, Criteo
