What you will be doing?

When kick-starting your Service Designer journey at frog you are learning about designing smooth customer experiences and practical, functional and desirable digital services mapped with customer’s business objectives and technology roadmaps. You’ll become aware of best ways of gathering and utilising customer and business insights, and combining human, business and technology viewpoints.

At the same time you aren’t afraid to have your own client & project responsibilities, and manage and deliver projects together with other creative team members.

We're looking for people at the beginning of their design journey, who truly care about their work and people they work with. We want you to be proud of the things you design and develop – and not be afraid to discuss and challenge situations where there’s room for improvement.

What we’re looking for

Your background can vary from design, business or technology, but you should have 1+ years of relevant experience, including:

  • service design for digital services as well as service design tools and methods
  • understanding service-related problems/challenges of customers and end-users and solving them with innovative and analytical approaches
  • working with customers, business stakeholders and staff to develop customer and business centric concepts

And as a frog , you should also have:

  • Strong presentation, storytelling and social skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Passion for creating products that meet people's functional and emotional needs
