Frog Brand department is a multidisciplinary hub that partners with clients and internal resources on all facets of brand including strategy, design, prototype, print, post and presentation, from concept to delivery. We’re looking for a top-level practitioner who’s passionate about bringing brands to life through motion. We want someone who can create and deliver outstanding work across a number of different brands and media. We’re a new department, so we want someone who’s ready for the hustle, and has the energy to help us grow.
• Superb art direction, animation and motion design experience
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills
• Has a proven ability to ideate and execute cutting edge creative work, and a master-level understanding of design including an expert understanding of typography, colour, and layout
• Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) and 3D software, as well as emerging interactive design trends.
• Ability to translate ideas into digital products and experiences
• Comfortable presenting to clients, be that in pitches or in regular project progress and feedback sessions.
• Develop a culture of excellence around the creative use of techniques, software and technology.
• Experience of brand design systems
• Ability to illustrate and storyboard
• Logo & identity design
• Experience of web & app
