The Marketing Analytics Lead will work in a collaborative environment with global teams to drive client engagements across a broad range of industries. The Marketing Analytics Lead will design and build scalable solutions to solve business problems and create value by leveraging client data/


  • Enable large scale customer, pricing, and marketing transformation strategies for the CMO through cutting edge Data Science (Machine Learning and AI), Data Strategy and UI/UX solutions
  • Conduct and lead client workshops to better understand client’s requirements, lead solution development and collaboratively interpret & present findings to CXO’s & client executives
  • Provide strategic thought-leadership and drive solution development across multiple practice areas within MSP (Marketing, Sales and Pricing):
    • MROI/Marketing Mix Modeling, Multi-Channel/Touch/Digital Attribution, Campaign Effectiveness Management (A/B Testing & Look-A-Like Models), ROAS Optimization, Segmentation /Personalization, Pricing (list and discount) Analytics, Geo-Location Analytics, X-sell/Up-sell Analytics, Next-purchase behavioral Analytics
  • Enable revenue growth through acquiring and nurturing client-relationships and farm for new business opportunities
  • Facilitate hiring and mentor the right pool of marketing-analytics global professionals (Marketing-Advisory, Data-Science, Data-Strategy & Engineering, UI/UX, PMO, BAs, etc.) to enable efficient and effective project deliveries
  • Forge and drive partnerships both within and outside the organization (start-ups, vendors, solution providers in the space of Marketing-Analytics)


Qualifications & Technical-Skills

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Marketing-Management, Economics, Mathematics, or other related field
  • Excellent team-oriented and interpersonal skills, with a strong grounding in consulting-skills
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate findings and present solutions to business partners
  • Knowledge and understanding of AI/ML coding through Python/R
  • Knowledge and understanding of any of the following databases – SQL server, Oracle, Teradata
  • Knowledge and understanding of defining data-models, designing high volume data pipelines for data lakes and data warehouses
  • Knowledge and understanding of executing large datasets on Hadoop, Pyspark, etc.
  • Knowledge and understanding of BI tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Qlikview
