Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll bring your unique mix of creativity, technical acumen, and business sense to take products from idea to reality. We want you to have:
· A deep desire to collaborate with designers, strategists, and technologists to develop new ideas, launch amazing products, and deliver exceptional experiences
- 4+ years of professional experience creating software products and services
- Managed 2+ products from concept through production rollout
- Conducted research, workshops, and testing to inform product requirements, strategy, and direction
- Created and managed product backlogs, requirements, and roadmaps using industry-standard tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
- Helped teams adopt and follow best practices (agile delivery, feature prioritisation, product definition, roadmapping, etc.)
- Strong presentation, consulting, and writing skills
- A willingness to travel for key collaboration sessions
It would be a bonus if you had:
· First-hand knowledge of different Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
- Experience designing and conducting workshops for all levels of stakeholders
· Put productivity and feedback loops into place, following DesignOps, DevOps, or ProductOps best practices - Developed both short- and long-term roadmaps and managed a product through multiple releases
- Implemented documentation strategies for large or distributed teams
- Worked on products with multiple, parallel tracks of work
